The Cootacom Membership includes a proactive maintenance program on not just your computers, but all your I.T. equipment and can be tailored for weekly, fortnightly, monthly or bi-monthly onsite visits. Our program will ensure that your computers, laptops, printers, routers and other equipment are performing to their peak at all times. At the conclusion of each onsite maintenance visit, Cootacom provides you with a report detailing what was completed during the maintenance; issues which were found and any additional information which can be used to assist with making your I.T. environment and equipment more efficient. Remember that your server, networks and computers are tools used by your staff in their day-to-day work and it is critical that they are functioning at 100% at all times so that your staff are fully supported in performing your core business.
Cootacom’s onsite support is exclusively available to clients who have a Cootacom Maintenance Membership. This service allows you to log jobs outside your regular maintenance and have Cootacom Technicians come onsite and attend spot fixes.
As a Cootacom Maintenance Member, if you are having difficulties with your PC’s, printers, scanners, internet, software or any other IT resources, our technicians are available for you. You do not need to bring your equipment to Cootacom, losing valuable production time, Cootacom will come to you.
The problem with your equipment will be identified by a qualified technician and then explained and discussed with you, providing you with solutions to resolve the difficulties you are having with your equipment.
